Dismissal of Frivolous
complaints

If the district forum, state commission, national commission finds that
complaint instituted before it is frivolous, it shall dismiss the complaint. And order the complainant to pay Rs. 10,000

Penalties

Where trader or a person against the whom the complaint is made fails or omits to comply with any order made by the commissions, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term 1 month to 3 years or with fine Rs. 10,000 or with both
