Chairman – Minister in charge of the consumer affairs in state govt.
Members – not exceeding 10 appointed by centre govt.
Meeting at least Twice in a year

National CPC

Chairman – Minister in charge of the consumer affairs in central govt.
Meeting at least Twice in a year
